Pestovo
The house in Pestovo is a reconstruction project. In 2014, the facade of the house was reconstructed. Peaks were added, which became the base of a balcony, the facade surfaces were faced with porcelain stoneware imitating concrete, rusty metal and stone.
New textures and geometry
New textures have emphasized and enriched the geometry of the building. There was also a glass replacement, which added to the beauty of the verified lines. The house is glazed with German aluminum facade systems.
High glazing
The hallmark is a huge 2.5 x 3.5 x 5.8 m glass corner. Full-height glazing creates bright spaces and plays a huge role in the creation of modern architecture.
