The Beginning of a Large-Scale Project

Six years ago, “Okna Mira” together with STMK began creating an architectural cluster that eventually grew into a large-scale project — “Practicum of A-Class Houses.” Today, it is not just an exhibition space, but a recognized professional platform for architects, designers, developers, and companies working in the premium private housing sector.

A Space for Dialogue and New Ideas

Over the years, the project has become a place for discovering new meanings and ideas. Each practicum brings together leading representatives of the industry, creating a space for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaborative projects. For us, it is especially important that “A-Class Houses” has always been not only about architecture as a form, but also about architecture as a feeling, atmosphere, and culture of quality.

The Theme of 2025 — “Essence”

In 2025, the project celebrated its fifth anniversary and became one of the central spaces of the юбилейной ARCH Moscow exhibition. The theme of the year was “Essence” — an architectural metaphor embodied by Sergey Kolchin’s Le Atelier team in the form of a temple. The space was divided into several conceptual zones: a lecture hall, a “corridor of the journey,” and an art gallery where each participant presented their own artistic statement.

From an Intimate Stand to an Architectural Cluster

Over five years, the project evolved from an intimate 75 m² space with four participants into a full-scale architectural cluster covering 850 m², bringing together more than 20 partners and around 100 speakers. Most importantly, the core idea of the project has remained unchanged: to create an environment where professional dialogue, new collaborations, and a rethinking of what a modern home can be are born.

Very soon, we will meet again at ARCH Moscow 2026. This year, together with the “Palaty” Gallery and Maria Pukhova, we will present a new collaborative project — the “Image” installation, dedicated to the exploration of perception, glass, and architectural form.
